Delete Account or Data

Delete Vivalore library or account data

Remove saved items through the library first. If an account or server-side reading room is enabled, use its profile deletion control or contact support.

1. Remove unwanted saved stories and favorites from the library.
2. Open Profile and choose account deletion if the control is available.
3. Email support for reading-progress or account data that cannot be removed in the app.

If you cannot complete the steps above, email support@gamina.app from the address associated with your account, if applicable.

We may need to verify that you control the account or installation before processing a request. We will never ask for your password.

What may remain

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Data held by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
